When thinking of equality, I would normally think of it in a positive light, something for a society to strive towards.  This is especially true for the social safety net we as Canadians value. That being said there is always two sides to a story and in this case a word.  Ultimately equality, as it relates to a market based system is not achievable in any real sense.  There has to be fair, defined and enforced rules to system but from there it is she or he or works hardest and identifies opportunities that wins.
